Fire and Dough, this restaurant is literal perfection when it comes to authentic middle eastern food. The bread, oh my goodness, the most fluffiest and the most yummiest bread I have ever tasted. The hummus was not only creamy but amazingly flavorful. If you are a huge pizza lover, then you have to try the pizzas available here at this place. You will not be disappointed. We love to support local businesses and this one worth the hype.
Great pizza, definitely worth a try. We got a traditional pepperoni and also a half chicken/ half beef shawarma. The meat and vegetables on that pizza were great. Next time I need to try the meat without the pizza part. There are also a group of interesting stores nearby. I’m not sure I know what they all are- but they look interesting.
When you talk about first impressions, this place absolutely blew me away. Not only was I treated like family when I walked in the door but everyone was so genuine and kind. The ladies behind the counter greeted with smiles, offered wonderful recommendations, and also gave me a beautiful history on their family and the history of the business. Super cool!! Everything is made in-house and upon learning about the history this business, the vast majority of the ingredients are imported from their home country which is amazing. Herbs, spices, grains from local farmers and family was so cool to hear. This is the exact reason why people fall in love with small businesses because the food is not only made from the heart but an extension of the family. For starters, the burgers over here are unlike anything I’ve ever had. They literally bake the burger (and toppings) inside the dough giving a truly unique experience. Amazing flavor and I would highly recommend. The pizza I got was absolutely phenomenal and the dough was very soft and flavorful. I also got a couple sides of Zaatar and Akkawi cheese flatbreads which were amazing as well. To be honest, if I could have ordered the entire menu I would have, everything was literally that amazing. Fire and Dough is an easy 10 out of 10 recommendation. Thank you so very much for the kindness and hospitality. You’ve got a new regular customer(s) with myself, family, and friends!!
Fire and dough was wonderful! I got the egg and akkawi on bread and it was very good, especially the bread, which was soft with just a little chew. I went back for lunch and got their cheeseburger based on the Google reviews and it certainly didn't let me down. I will be going back!
Love the hummus and bread. Everything taste great. I would come back again. Egg pizza is not bad but I would still prefer egg tarts from asian bakery. Great indoor interior and seating. Nice place to sit and chat and grab a bite.
This is now my 5th or 6th visit here. Never a bad meal. I had the cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions today which was one of the best items yet. The best hummus (every visit) I've ever had. Comes with delicious, fresh baked bread.
Came here after seeing it on New Day Cleveland and it definitely did not disappoint! Real authentic middle Eastern food made from scratch . Best hummus around for sure ! Definitely will be going back more often .
The food was amazing, the environment was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We got a pizza, a pie, a burger, and hummus and meat and it was all well made and delicious. We even tried the Palestine coast and they were good as well. Would definitely recommend to give it a go.
We often visit this place, it was ok. However, the last time we visited the food was AMAZING. We ordered Falafel and Hummus. Hummus was super delicious with authentic olive oil. Falafel sandwiches were amazing and big. The prices are affordable, the tables are clean, the restroom was also clean, and the staff are friendly. I enjoyed my last time visit.
